Manitoba Chiefs is seeking a part-time Facilitator to support First Nations families through language and education programming in Winnipeg. You will guide learning plans, pair participants with facilitators and knowledge keepers, and keep learners engaged toward individual goals.
You will coordinate sessions, monitor progress, prepare updates for the Michif Language Department, and help improve language programming through ongoing assessment and reporting.
Under the direction of the Director of Children and Families, the Facilitator will serve as a first point of contact for First Nations families seeking support for programming. The Facilitator will assist families with learning plans, coordinate pairings with other facilitators, knowledge keepers, elders and ensure participants remain engaged and progress towards their individual goals.
