You will support servers, manage menu knowledge, and ensure cleanliness during busy shifts. The job offers hourly wages with gratuities, staff accommodation, and a focus on training and career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food and beverage in a restaurant or hotel.
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage products.
• Exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
• Outgoing personality and can-do attitude.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Must obtain Serving It Right certificate.
• Valid work authorization for Canada.

Aufgaben

• Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Assist the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting.
• Serve and clear all food & beverage items.
• Perform opening and closing side-work as assigned.
• Set tables according to standards.
• Know the menu and describe items to guests.
• Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness.
