Job summary

Sun Peaks Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations, uphold Sun Peaks Resort Standards of Service, and mentor a team in a dynamic mountain resort setting.

Candidates should have 5+ years in a supervisory role, strong communication, food safety credentials, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays at our on-site outlets. Join our team and help deliver memorable guest experiences at Sun Peaks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisor experience and proven ability to lead a team in a positive workplace culture.
• Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
• Food safe certified and Serving It Right license are required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage Outlet and maintain high customer service levels.
• Ensure opening/closing duties, checklists and requisitions are completed accurately.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
• Manage floats and cash handling with accuracy and integrity.
• Address and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.

Do you love skiing or snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking or rounds of golf in the summer? We are looking to hire Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisors to join our stellar team. Are you a people leader who can talk with just about anyone? As a Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor, you will support management in overseeing the food & beverage operations and ensure established Sun Peaks Resort Standards of Service are executed professionally and consistently.

Compensation Information:

$22.85 to $24.75 (depending on experience)

Physical Requirement:

Medium; work activities involve handling loads up to 20kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage Outlet while maintaining a consistently high level of customer service.
• Ensure all checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing duties are completed.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and the work environment is kept in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Responsible for maintenance and control of floats.
• Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints.
