Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of eyewear or optics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses as permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear care and lens features.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate order status.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention.
• Other duties as assigned.
