Gilmore Wellness Clinic in Burnaby is expanding our beauty and aesthetics team and seeking a talented Eyelash Extensions Technician to deliver high-quality lash services in a modern, fast-growing clinic.

You will specialize in classic, hybrid, volume lashes and related services, with a focus on exceptional client experiences and professional standards. The role offers ongoing marketing support, a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays, and a competitive commission structure.

Qualifications

• Certification in eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on lash experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio or Instagram showcasing your work.
• Knowledge of hygiene, eye safety, and lash application techniques.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• JaneApp experience is an asset but not required.
• Competitive commission structure.
• All supplies and materials provided.
• Established client flow & strong marketing support.
• Front-desk assistance with bookings, confirmations, and payments.

We offer 59+ wellness and aesthetic services and are looking for a Lash Artist who is passionate about beauty, detail, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the Role

The ideal candidate specializes in:

• Classic lashes
• Hybrid lashes
• Volume / Mega Volume
• Lash lifts & tints (asset but not required)

You will work closely with our aestheticians and wellness team to ensure smooth client flow and consistent service excellence.
