Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Business or related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years in Supply Chain/Operations, Quality or Manufacturing roles.
• Experience with GMP and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement processes across multiple Self Care External Manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with QA, Process Excellence, Manufacturing, and Planning.
• Drive execution of projects within programs to deliver business results.
• Develop project schedules and manage cross-functional deliverables and timelines.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans and communicate them to teams.
