Job summary

Kenvue in North America is recruiting a Regional Production Change Lead to deploy Operational Excellence across manufacturing sites, driving site diagnostics, transformation plans, and capability building. This role links site teams with regional leadership and the Global OE organization to ensure standardized, continuous improvement across the region.

The position requires 10–12 years in supply chain and a strong track record in lean, change leadership, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10–12 years of Supply Chain experience across Plan, Source, Make, and/or Deliver.
  • Experience leading manufacturing transformation, operational excellence, lean, continuous improvement, and deployment of production systems.
  • Lean and/or Six-Sigma certification.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, financial performance drivers and improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead change management and develop leaders into effective change agents.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to drive results without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment of Operational Excellence across targeted sites, including diagnostics, implementation plans, and transformation initiatives.
  • Build OE capability through training, coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
  • Coach site implementation leaders, change agents, and deployment resources to sustainable capability.
  • Provide hands-on site support throughout deployment and transformation activities.
  • Maintain engagement with sites to ensure standardization and sustainability of improvements and achievement of targets.
  • Lead OE Health Checks and Site System Checks to verify standards and methodologies.
  • Monitor site performance dashboards and intervene as needed through coaching and resource alignment.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and capability gaps to appropriate levels.
  • Ensure consistent deployment and integrity of OE standards across sites.
  • Capture best practices and share learnings with region and global teams.

What you will do

The Regional Make Excellence (MEX) Lead is responsible for leading the deployment of the Operational Excellence system across manufacturing sites within the region. The role owns execution of site diagnostics, development and implementation of transformation plans, capability building, coaching of site leaders and change agents, and ensuring sustainable delivery of business results. This leader serves as the link between site deployment teams, regional leadership, and the Global Make Excellence organization to ensure consistent application of standards and continuous improvement across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads Operational Excellence deployment activities at targeted sites, including site preparation, data gathering and analysis, diagnostics, development of implementation plans, and delivery of transformation initiatives aligned to site business objectives.
  • Build Operational Excellence capability within site teams through training, coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Coach and mentor site implementation leaders, change agents, and future deployment resources to develop sustainable organizational capability.
  • Provide direct, hands‑on site support throughout implementation and transformation activities.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with deployed sites to ensure standardization and sustainability of improvements and achievement of targeted business results.
  • Lead and execute Operational Excellence Health Checks and Site System Checks to verify adherence to standards and methodologies.
  • Monitor site performance dashboards and intervene as needed through coaching, training, resource alignment, or escalation.
  • Escalate implementation risks, issues, and capability gaps to the appropriate organizational levels.
  • Ensure consistent deployment and integrity of Operational Excellence standards across all sites.
  • Capture proven practices and benchmark opportunities and partner with region and global teams to integrate learnings into the broader system.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to deployment methodologies based on implementation experience and business results.
  • Build strong partnerships with site leadership teams, site Operational Excellence, regional Make and Quality leaders, Finance, Engineering, Maintenance, and global Operational Excellence leaders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of Supply Chain experience across Plan, Source, Make, and/or Deliver functions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing transformation, operational excellence, lean, continuous improvement, and production system deployments.
  • Lean and/or Six‑sigma certification
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, financial performance drivers, and business improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead change management efforts and develop leaders into effective change agents.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to drive results without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated skills in building organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
  • Line management experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Organizational Development.
  • Project Management certification preferred (PMP, FPX, or equivalent).
  • Experience developing high‑performing organizations and future supply chain leaders.
  • Knowledge of competency management and capability‑building systems.
  • Experience working in regional or multi‑site manufacturing environments.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$153,850.00 - $217,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job‑related factors.
