Qualifications

• Qualified Canadian CPA or equivalent designation.
• Excellent understanding of Canadian auditing standards; US GAAP knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to coach and lead engagement teams with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Take on a client-facing role as part of audit teams.
• Support development of the audit approach and planning procedures.
• Provide coaching to junior engagement team members.
• Examine financial records and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Ask questions to client personnel to obtain necessary information.
• Test internal controls and assess significant estimates.
• Verify financial statements and disclosures during testing.
• Perform procedures to support the audit report issuance.
