Job summary

The Town of Hebron Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a full time Program Supervisor II to develop, promote, initiate and supervise a wide variety of passive, active and developmental recreation programs.

Responsibilities include hiring/training and supervising seasonal staff, instructors and site supervisors. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be available for night and weekend hours, with a 40-hour work week. Salary range $53,095 to $55,890 DOE with full benefits.

Qualifications

  • Five years of recreation experience or related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Available for night and weekend hours.
  • Experience in developing and supervising programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, promote, initiate and supervise a variety of recreation programs.
  • Assist in hiring, training and supervision of seasonal staff and instructors.
  • Supervise site staff and program instructors to ensure quality delivery.

Skills
