Job summary

Oulton College invites applications to join our teaching pool for the new Associate Degree in Business Administration (ADBA) program launching September 2026. We seek qualified instructors with master’s level credentials and recent industry experience to support student success in a growing program.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years teaching at college/university level, current industry practice, and a record of currency in the field.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in a business-related field.
• 3–5 years of teaching experience preferred (college or university level).
• Current or recent industry practice in a business-related field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a post-secondary business program and contribute to curriculum development.
• Engage in student mentoring, assessment, and scholarly activity.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and service activities.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

We’re interested in individuals with strong academic or professional expertise in business who are ready to teach at the post-secondary level. Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of a Master’s degreein Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or an equivalent excellent record of other academic credentials, professional designations and/or professional experience appropriate to the area of instruction.
  
• 3 - 5 years teaching experience is preferred(college or university level preferred)
  
• Current or recent industry practicein a business-related field
  
• Evidence of professional or academic currency(publications, presentations, ongoing development) is desirable
  
• Annual salary competitive with industry standard
