Job summary

Oulton College in Moncton, NB is seeking experienced Nursing Faculty, including Theory and Clinical Instructors, for the BScN program. Roles include full-time permanent and casual part-time opportunities.

You will teach, mentor, and assess nursing students in classroom, lab, and clinical settings, delivering evidence-based instruction and contributing to curriculum development in a supportive, collegiate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or NP designation required (or in progress).
• Eligible for registration with the College of New Brunswick Nurses.
• Minimum of two years of recent RN experience.
• Competence with common technology (email, MS Office, LMS).

Responsibilities

• Teach, mentor, and supervise nursing students in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction aligned with program outcomes.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Teach, mentor, and supervise nursing students in classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings

Requirements

• Clinical Instruction: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) required.
  
• Theory Instruction: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner designation, or equivalent required. Candidates with a Master’s degree in progress will be considered.
  
• Eligible forregistration (or active status) with the College of New Brunswick Nurses.
  
• Minimum of twoyears of recent and relevant experience as a registerednurse.
  
• Demonstratedcompetence with the use of technology such as e-mail, MSOffice Suite, Learning Management System, etc.
