Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration with supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in helicopter-supported drilling is an asset.
• Valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Functional knowledge of English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of contractor teams and supervise exploration technicians.
• Ensure compliance with planning and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project geologists and other teams.
• Participate in inspections and provide recommendations.
• Prepare work progress reports.
• Manage the vehicle fleet's quality and condition.
