Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced learning and organisational development managers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a start ASAP.

Work 5-20 hours per week at $70/hour, with tasks including creating and refining onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and curriculum outlines, plus tracking engagement and rubric-based assessments.

About This Opportunity

We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced learning and organisational development managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We’re looking for learning and organisational development managers with 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics.

$70/hour
