Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to recruit equity research analysts who will help train a language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role is fully remote with flexible hours and a pay rate of $100/hour, starting ASAP.

The work involves analyzing and crafting AI-generated investor decks and reports across multiple core workflows, with a focus on accuracy and high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced equity research analysts from top banks and independent research firms who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities

Analyze and create AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: initiation report exhibits, earnings preview and review slides, industry primer decks, thesis one‑pagers, valuation summary pages, and marketing decks for investor meetings. Evaluate and refine the AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and professional quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Commitment

• Compensation: $100/hour
• Commitment: Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
