Job summary

Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors. We are seeking heads of L&D with 4+ years designing corporate training to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.

This remote, flexible role pays $70/hour for 5-20 hours per week, start ASAP. Candidates should own facilitator guides and curriculum outlines and deliver high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of l&d who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
