Randstad Canada is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager on the South Shore (Quebec) to lead major pre-construction efforts and manage multi-residential and institutional projects valued between $5M and $15M.
You will guide design through delivery with a focus on schedule, cost control, safety, and collaboration across drafting, purchasing, delivery, and management teams.
Are you a Senior Construction Project Manager looking for your next major career challenge? We are a well-established, family-owned Quebec company that has been operating on the South Shore for nearly 65 years, and we are looking for our future Senior Construction Project Manager (Major Projects). By joining our 100% on-site team, you will discover a golden opportunity to propel your career within a visionary group operating in the engineering & design sector as well as in modular and manufactured construction. We firmly believe that the strength of our company lies in the quality and skills of our teams, which is why we want to integrate an exceptional talent to guide our future achievements.
In the current context where the housing crisis requires rapid and innovative solutions, our division deploys specialized technical expertise to orchestrate large-scale projects. We build schools, hospitals, early childhood centres, social housing, and commercial or residential buildings up to six stories high. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will become a strategic pillar of our major multi-residential and institutional projects department. Your role will be intensely focused on pre-construction management, from the design phase to delivery, orchestrating projects ranging in value from $5 million to $15 million. This position fits perfectly into the engineering & design category, as it requires an expert global vision, a deep understanding of modular manufacturing methods, and close collaboration with all our other departments, from technical drafting to senior management.
On a daily basis, our future Senior Construction Project Manager will evolve in a fast-paced environment where we manage an average of five projects simultaneously. Our factory production cycles are extremely fast (7 to 10 days) and our overall project timelines are very short (1 to 3 months). The work environment at our South Shore offices is very family-oriented, highly collaborative, and supportive. You will benefit from the constant support of our management team, known for its process-oriented approach and its ability to remain reassuring even in urgent situations. By joining this center of excellence in engineering & design, you will not only participate in the growth of our organization but also in the implementation of new technological methodologies such as Revit and BIM, aiming to push the current standards of the industry.
We offer a stimulating environment to take on great challenges where you can truly bring your unique touch to our projects and evolve current practices. If you have the desire to integrate into a constantly evolving environment on the South Shore, we look forward to discovering your profile and counting you among our experts.
In summary, become our Senior Construction Project Manager on the South Shore to steer the pre-construction phase of our major engineering & design projects.
