Job summary

Airbus is seeking an Expert in Operational Excellence AOS to lead the transfer of Airbus Operating System knowledge at Mirabel, QC. You will coach routines, drive performance, and support the maturity of AOS within the team near the FAL and Paint lines.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or similar, 5–10 years in Operations, and bilingual French/English. A hybrid work policy and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, operations management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of operations experience in a leadership or continuous improvement role.
• Strong influencing and coaching abilities to guide managers and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain Airbus Operating System (AOS) tools and standards including Chronos.
• Transfer AOS knowledge to leaders, supervisors and teams; coach routines to respect plans.
• Drive daily and weekly routines to improve job performance and advance AOS maturity.
• Act as local point of contact for AOS standards across the assigned perimeter (Pre-FAL, FAL, Hangar, Painting, or Client Line).
