Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five (5) years in employer development/relationship management with targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the post-secondary sector, labour market and employment trends.
• Understanding of career pathways for Humanities & Social Sciences.
• Proven track record building relationships with employers, alumni and partners.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
• Experience with Experiential Learning Management Software (ORBIS, Symplicity).
• Knowledge of cooperative education and work-integrated learning programming.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with employers.
• Promote programming and student interests to employers.
• Research potential employers and suggest student placements.
• Promote programs at recruitment events.
• Conduct labour market analyses to inform partnerships.
• Develop work-integrated learning opportunities for students.
• Advise and coach students on suitable opportunities.
• Advise on recruitment processes and practices.
