Reporting to the Director, Co‑op, Career, & Experiential Education, the Associate Director, Experiential Education works in partnership to translate CCEE's strategic direction into effective Experiential Education (EE) operations, initiatives and partnerships, while bringing forward evidence, emerging opportunities and recommendations to inform portfolio‑level planning and decision‑making. The incumbent leads a complex, multidisciplinary team working across diverse Faculty and academic contexts. The incumbent provides direction that supports consistency and alignment across the EE portfolio while recognizing the distinct needs, relationships, priorities, and operating contexts of individual Faculties. The incumbent oversees experiential education policy, programming, operations and continuous improvement, and represents the University on matters pertaining to experiential education. The Associate Director, Experiential Education provides leadership and direction to the EE team, establishing shared priorities, decision‑making approaches and ways of working that support effective collaboration, accountability and service across the University. The incumbent is also responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with the broader team of Co‑op, Career and Experiential Education (CCEE) and other critical internal and external partners to the University, including community organizations and other academic institutions. They promote knowledge mobilization and management of day‑to‑day operations alongside supporting CCEE’s leadership in co‑operative, career and experiential learning.
Job Grade O, Salary Scale ($90,294- 144,470); Target Hiring Range: $90,294-$104,000*
