Job summary

Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. in Calgary is seeking a Day-Shift Experienced Zoom Boom/Forklift Operator to join our SE Calgary team.

This role requires operating Zoom Boom and forklift equipment safely on a busy construction site and supporting our Western Canada projects. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, valid certifications, and a proven safety record; you will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on reliability, communication, and following directions to

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating equipment
• Valid Zoom Boom operation certificate
• Energy Safety Canada CSO ticket mandatory
• Proven safety attitude and excellent attendance history
• Excellent communication and ability to follow directions

Responsibilities

• Operate Zoom Boom and forklift on a day shift in SE Calgary
• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment in good condition
• Coordinate with site crew and supervisors to meet deadlines
• Report incidents and near-misses promptly
