Job summary

Greenstone Gold Mines in Geraldton, Ontario, is hiring a Support Loader and Wheeled Dozer Operator to safely and efficiently operate the loader and wheeled dozer on site.

Reporting to the Mine Operations Supervisor, you will monitor gauges, perform risk assessments, maintain fluids and housekeeping, and help build pads, roads and drill prep patterns.

Valid driver’s license and Heavy Equipment Operator training are required, with Ontario Surface Common Core training considered an asset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating a loader and wheeled dozer on a mine site.
• Valid driver's license.
• Heavy Equipment Operator training required; Ontario Surface Common Core is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate the loader and wheeled dozer safely and efficiently on site.
• Monitor gauges and indicators; report discrepancies to dispatch.
• Perform field level risk assessments.
• Maintain housekeeping and lubricate/refill fluids as required.
