Phoenix Care Staff LTD is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our growing team. The role offers flexible shifts and weekly pay, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour and a focus on compassionate, high-quality care for residents.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of paid UK care experience and be committed to promoting residents' wellbeing and independence within a supportive family-run environment.

• Flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends.

• Providing personal care, including washing and dressing and supporting personal hygiene.
• Assisting residents with meals and hydration.
• Using moving and handling equipment safely.
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Supporting residents to feel safe, comfortable and at home.
• Carrying out light housekeeping duties where required.
• Working as part of a dedicated care team.
