Typical Work You'll Do

We primarily handle smaller home improvement and maintenance jobs, such as:

• Drywall repairs & installations
• Flooring repairs or small installations
• Carpentry & trim work
• Tile repairs & small tile installs
• Interior painting
• Weatherproofing & caulking
• Replacement of plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, valves, etc.)
• General home repairs & maintenance tasks
• Light remodels & small renovation projects
• On‑site assessments and estimates — must be comfortable meeting customers

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years hands‑on experience
• Skilled in at least 3 of the following: Carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, small renovations, residential/commercial maintenance
• Valid driver’s license & dependable vehicle
• Own tools & equipment
• Liability insurance and WSIB coverage required
• Smartphone with internet access
• Must pass a background check
• Strong communication skills and pride in workmanship
• Professional, reliable, and customer‑focused
