Job summary

Rocky Mountain Dodge in Rocky Mountain House is seeking an experienced Full-Service Automotive Service Advisor to join our Service team. You will manage repair orders from start to finish, document customer concerns, and communicate findings clearly.

The role requires knowledge of warranties and the ability to keep customers updated throughout the process. The schedule is full-time with Monday–Friday hours and alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous full-service Automotive Service Advisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage repair orders from open to close.
• Document customer concerns accurately during calls and visits.
• Review service history and identify maintenance needs.
