The position involves leading inspection, service, and repair work, assisting with installation projects of Fire Alarm Systems, and providing technical support with limited supervision. You will train and guide less experienced technicians and trainees, ensure timely completion of activities, and maintain communication with office staff regarding field or customer updates. You will service, inspect, and install products like Simplex and other multi-vendor systems, including complex systems such as custom voice messaging, smoke control, network audio switching, and TSW programming.
