Done Correctly Inc. is hiring an Experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team for the upcoming construction season. We handle residential and commercial projects including driveways, sidewalks, pads, curbs, and decorative finishes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years concrete finishing experience (required).
• Proven ability to produce clean, consistent finishes.
• Experience with decorative concrete is required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (required).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and handle physically demanding work.
• Able to work efficiently within a crew and take direction when needed.

Done Correctly Inc. is looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our growing team for the upcoming construction season. We specialize in both residential and commercial concrete projects, including driveways, sidewalks, pads, curbs, and decorative finishes.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in high-quality work and can operate independently on site when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Finishing concrete to a high standard (residential & commercial)
• Screeding, floating, edging, and broom finishing
• Executing decorative concrete (exposed, stamped, or specialty finishes)
