An established industry player is seeking a seasoned Nuclear Licensing Engineer to support the deployment of cutting-edge technology in Canada. NEC has an immediate need for a senior licensing engineer to support the deployment of the BWRX-300 in Canada. The role involves working under the direction of GE Vernova New Power Plants and Products Licensing, with supervision from the GE Vernova Canadian Regulatory Affairs Manager. The engineer will assist in preparing and reviewing licensing documentation and regulatory submissions to the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC), and support interactions with Ontario Power Generation (OPG) and CNSC staff. Additional support to engineering design activities for the BWRX-300 project will be required.
