The role is responsible for conducting sub-maximal VO2 tests using the Bruce Protocol, in addition to conducting Resting ECGs. The ideal candidate is a client focused professional with great communications skills and some healthcare experience.**What You'll Do:*** Conduct Sub-Maximal VO2 tests using the Bruce Protocol + Proficiency in using a treadmill or cycle ergometer + Administering efficient Resting ECG Tests + Measure pre and post exercise BPs* Update results from the above testing to generate reports for each patient* Provide clients recommendations and corrective exercises based on results* Monitor and facilitate the flow of patients through the Clinic* Be an on-going point of contact for any client that has specific questions based on their report* Coordinate with other clinic staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service and value time to our clients* Cross-training required to conduct fitness assessments including but not limited to body composition analysis, InBody report interpretation, hip and waist measurements, muscle and joint movement analysis, child and youth assessments, exercise programming recommendations.**What You'll Need:*** Must hold a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP or related) or Registered Kinesiologist (R.
