A leading healthcare organization in Canada is seeking an experienced Interim Vice President of Clinical Services to guide clinical teams through a transition period. You will partner with the CEO to enhance operational effectiveness and patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree, at least 7 years’ experience, and proven leadership abilities in clinical settings. This role offers accommodation and a 6-month term.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a senior clinical role.
• Proven leader as a VP & CNE.
• Current registration with the College of Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment of the clinical operations team to improve effectiveness.

• Collaborate with the CEO to implement a new HIS system.
• Prepare a 5-year clinical services plan.
