Job summary

Global Hospitality, Inc. in Ottawa seeks a Vice President of Hotel Operations to lead multi-property performance and executive-level oversight. You will supervise General Managers, manage P&L and GOP, and drive brand standards across Ontario and Quebec.

Fluency in English and French is required; base compensation is CAD 150,000–200,000 with ~25% target bonus. Based in Ottawa with near-terms relocation possible and executive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive hotel management with multi-property responsibility.
• Directly supervised hotel General Managers.
• Full-service operational depth with hotel P&L and GOP.
• Experience with major international brands (Marriott/Hilton) preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Based in Ottawa or willing to relocate to the National Capital Region.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio operating performance oversight including revenue, GOP, margins.
• Select, develop, and assess General Managers.
• Lead monthly P&L reviews with corrective plans.
• Drive commercial performance with Sales and Revenue Management.
• Oversee conference and banquet operations.
• CapEx planning with Ownership.
