Job summary

Equans Services Canada & US is seeking an Executive Vice President for Quebec Operations and Airport Solutions in Montréal. The role leads multisite facilities management, oversees the budget, and drives growth across the Quebec region and airport line of business.

Qualifications

• Significant executive experience in multisite operations management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large P&L and budgets.
• Ability to influence at the executive level and communicate in French and English.
• Authorization to work in Canada and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define the integrated vision for Quebec operations and airport solutions.
• Oversee executives and managers to ensure coherent execution and performance.
• Promote a culture of OHS, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strategic client relationships and pursue growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, margins, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Develop leadership, succession plans, and team engagement.
