About the Role

Our Client, a world-renown mobile game developer, is looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead the growth and operations of a newly launched mobile game. This role is pivotal in shaping the game's strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing a cross‑functional team to ensure long‑term success. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the game's roadmap, live operations, and player engagement strategies while collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall vision, strategy, and performance of the game, ensuring it meets business objectives.
• Oversee P&L, monetization strategies, and live operations to drive growth and player retention.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of designers, engineers, marketers, and analysts to execute the game’s roadmap.
• Analyze key performance metrics and market trends to optimize game features, content updates, and engagement strategies.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities, business goals, and execution plans.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data‑driven decision‑making within the team.
