Job summary

CIBC is seeking a motivated Co-op for the Executive Experience and Talent Programs team in Toronto. You will support initiatives across Global Mobility, Severance, and Executive Appointment programs while leveraging CAI, Copilot, and Power Automate to streamline processes.

You’ll also pull and analyze data to inform decisions, help create presentations, and assist with SharePoint administration during a hybrid work arrangement with on-site and remote days.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree or related post-secondary program.
• Interest in talent programs andHR-related initiatives.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and continuous improvement of talent program initiatives.
• Contribute to projects that improve team processes and workflows.
• Pull, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and support reporting.
• Create and update presentations and materials for communications.
• Manage SharePoint access, site administration, and lists.
