Job summary

CIBC is seeking a motivated Co-op for the Executive Experience and Talent Programs team in Toronto. You will support initiatives across Global Mobility, Severance, and Executive Appointment programs while leveraging CAI, Copilot, and Power Automate to streamline processes.

You’ll also pull and analyze data to inform decisions, help create presentations, and assist with SharePoint administration during a hybrid work arrangement with on-site and remote days.

What you’ll be doing

The Executive Experience and Talent Programs team helps shape meaningful employee experiences through programs that support key talent initiatives across the organization. As an Executive Experience and Talent Programs Co-op, you’ll support continuous improvement initiatives focused on Global Mobility, Severance, and Executive Appointment programs. You’ll contribute to operational efficiency projects by using tools like CAI, Copilot, and Power Automate to help streamline processes and improve team effectiveness. You’ll also pull and analyze data to support decision-making, create and update presentations, and help manage SharePoint access, administration, and list creation. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in talent programs while working with digital tools that support innovation and efficiency.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you’ll succeed

• Program Support - Support the delivery and continuous improvement of talent program initiatives, with a focus on Global Mobility, Severance, and Executive Appointment activities.
• Operational Efficiency - Contribute to projects that improve team processes and workflows through the use of CAI, Copilot, and Power Automate.
• Data Analysis - Pull, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, support reporting, and help inform program decisions.
• Presentation Development - Create and update presentations and other materials that support team communications, project updates, and stakeholder discussions.
• SharePoint Administration - Manage and support SharePoint access, site administration, and list creation to help maintain organized and effective team resources.

• You have a degree/diploma in progress toward an undergraduate degree or a related post-secondary program.
