Job summary

Halton Hills Family Health Team (HHFHT) is seeking an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations and set strategic direction in partnership with the Board. The role requires strong governance experience and exceptional communications with stakeholders across the healthcare community.

The ED will provide administrative leadership, build collaboration with primary care providers, hospitals and community partners, and advocate for accessible, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• The ED will have five or more years in senior management within health or public administration.
• A graduate degree in health sciences, health or business administration is required or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Strong communications, public relations and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with governance and reporting to a Board of Directors is highly desirable.
