Job summary

Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking an Executive Director for Facilities Support Services in Winnipeg. This senior role leads enterprise-wide corporate services with a focus on facilities, environmental and maintenance functions across the WRHA network.

The position requires a post-secondary degree, Lean Six Sigma is an asset, and experience managing unionized environments within health-care settings. Hybrid work arrangement is offered and travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive mid-to-senior management experience leading enterprise-wide corporate services functions in a private or large publicly funded enterprise, preferably in health-care.
• 3 years of direct experience with the delivery of support services such as environmental services, facilities, and/or maintenance.
• 5 years of experience building and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Interviewed candidates may be called upon to participate in a skills assessment.
• The WRHA legal entity includes multiple facilities and programs; employees may be assigned across sites as needed.
