Job summary

Thomas' Circle of Care Inc. seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership for Saskatchewan-based non-profit services for children, youth, and families. The role reports to the Board and oversees operations, programs, HR, finances, governance, and stakeholder relations.

The ideal candidate has progressive senior management experience, board collaboration, and a background in child and family services or the non-profit sector. A related post-secondary degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Thomas' Circle of Care Inc. (TCOC) is seeking a dynamic and values-driven Executive Director to provide strategic leadership for a growing Saskatchewan-based non-profit organization supporting children, youth, and families through residential, family, cultural, and community-based services. Operating 18 homes across Regina, Saskatoon, and Moose Jaw, TCOC serves approximately 80-90 children in care and is committed to creating supportive environments where children and families can thrive.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and sustainability of the organization. This includes oversight of operations, programs, human resources, financial management, governance, stakeholder relations, and strategic planning. The Executive Director serves as the primary spokesperson and advocate for TCOC and works closely with Indigenous communities, government partners, employees, and community stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative leader with progressive senior management experience and a demonstrated ability to lead people, manage complex operations, and build strong relationships. Experience working with a Board of Directors is required, while experience in child and family services, Indigenous organizations, social services, or the non-profit sector is considered an asset. A post-secondary degree in a related field such as Social Work, Education, Psychology, or Business Administration is preferred.
