Job summary

Maxwell Management Group is seeking an Executive Director to lead a mission-driven organization serving adults with disabilities in Brantford, Ontario. The role oversees strategy, operations, finance, people and culture, labour relations, and fundraising, with a focus on sustainable growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Social Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of senior leadership experience working with Boards of Directors, senior leadership teams, and government stakeholders.
• Experience building collaborative partnerships with government, healthcare organizations, community agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of labour relations, human resources, policy development, and legislative requirements within the health or social services sector.

Compensation

• The position offers a competitive annual salary of $110,000 – $125,000, along with a matching RRSP and full benefits plan.
