Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in fine-dining or high-volume setting.
• Bachelor or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent training (MAPAQ preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff development abilities.
• Bilingual English/French required.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualize, test, and implement seasonal menus and daily specials reflecting brand identity.
• Oversee prep, cook stations, plating, and quality during service.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor kitchen staff.
• Monitor food and labor costs, inventory, and waste; manage procurement within budget.
• Enforce HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure smooth service and accommodate dietary needs.
