Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Executive Chef located in Grande Prairie County 1, AB. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, and setting up and implementing menus. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and cooking meals, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining food safety standards. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for budgeting, inventory management, and collaborating with the management team to meet the restaurant's goals.

Qualifications
  • Culinary skills including meal preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Experience in kitchen management, including staff supervision and training
  • Knowledge of menu creation and implementation, as well as budgeting
  • Skills in inventory management and food safety standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role is a plus
