We serve clients across diverse sectors including oil and gas, mining, construction, coastal logging, military, and defense. Our facilities range from offshore oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, coastal logging camps in B.C., to construction camps in the Alberta Oil Sands, including drill camps, mining sites, pipeline camps, and correctional facilities.

As our Executive Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring flawless food execution.
• Managing a team of 13 employees.
• Developing positive client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with service and menu options.
• Demonstrating creativity with menus, incorporating current trends and healthy eating guidelines.
• Following all H&S policies, HACCP, and safety regulations.
• Overseeing staff stations and maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen areas.
• Ensuring compliance with quality assurance, health and safety programs, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and WHMIS regulations.
• Conducting workplace inspections and WHMIS training, and reporting incidents promptly.

Qualifications for success:

• Minimum five years of chef experience, with a strong remote site background, and three years of leadership experience.
• Ability to apply current food trends and presentation skills.
• Passion for quality and customer service.
• Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
• Good client relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
