Adams Lake Indian Band is seeking an Executive Assistant to Chief and Council to support senior leadership in managing calendars, meetings, and travel. The role requires professional communication, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Responsibilities include calendar scheduling, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, coordinating events, reconciling budgets, and managing correspondence to ensure timely responses.
Adams Lake Indian Band is seeking Executive Assistant to Chief and Council to work under the direction of the Adams Lake Band’s Chief Operations Officer or designate. The individual’s main responsibility will be to manage schedules and calendars, meetings, and travel for Chief and Council. The Executive Assistant will act as an extension of C&C emails and general communication by prioritizing responses. The EA will support senior executives, be an expert communicator and organizer, and be able to work at a high level of professionalism.

Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License (copy)
Current Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector clearance, with results acceptable to ALIB.
Full time permanent position
Wage range: $28 - $40 per hour determined based on education and experience.
Location: 6331 Chief Jules Drive, Chase BC, V0E 1M0
Hours per week: 75 hours bi-weekly (max 37.5 hrs./week), with flexibility in hours/days of work.
