Job description

We’re a boutique cause marketing firm based in Toronto, working with purpose-driven brands, nonprofits, and foundations to create campaigns and communications that spark change and make a difference. We’re small, nimble, and passionate about using creativity and strategy to drive social impact.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant / Project Manager to support our CEO and help keep our projects on track. This is an entry-level position with lots of opportunity for learning and growth.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of the business, helping keep the CEO organized and supporting the day-to-day execution of client projects.

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, email, and communications
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and travel
  • Prepare meeting materials and take minutes as needed
  • Assist with internal and external communications
  • Help prioritize tasks and keep the CEO focused on strategic goals

Project Coordination

  • Support project planning, timelines, and task tracking
  • Liaise with clients, freelancers, and vendors
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on deliverables
  • Help prepare client presentations, reports, proposals, and deliverables
  • Keep project files and documentation organized

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Relevant experience in an administrative or project coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Comfort with juggling multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with tools like Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
  • A genuine interest in cause marketing, social impact, or purpose-driven work

Nice to Have (but not required) :

  • Experience working in a creative agency or nonprofit environment
  • Graphic design or presentation-building skills
