Job summary

MNsure in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide confidential executive support to MNsure leadership, manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics. You will draft and edit correspondence, monitor executive email, track deadlines and contracts, prepare minutes for board meetings, support onboarding and HR tasks, and develop streamlined administrative procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
