Your Opportunity
BDO Canada is seeking an Executive Assistant in Toronto to support the Consulting’s Executive Team with the following responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Support partners and senior managers in achieving operational goals and implementing objectives.
- Lead strategic group initiative project streams to support corporate vision development.
- Coordinate with firm leadership to plan, monitor, and follow project progress, risks, and strategies.
- Prepare and distribute project materials.
- Organize and attend project meetings; take minutes.
- Prepare leadership reports on project status, milestones, resourcing, budget, and revenue.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel, calendar management, billing, and report preparation.
- Assist in preparing client proposals and presentations.
- Draft talking points and ensure leaders are prepared for meetings and events.
- Represent and communicate on behalf of partners and leaders, facilitating communication with the firm’s leadership.
- Support client interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist with partner expense reports.
- Anticipate the needs of leaders, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and prioritization of their time.
- Ensure leaders focus on priority items and complete tasks to a high standard.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive or administrative role.
- Office Administration diploma or relevant education is an asset.
- Experience in a professional services firm is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Teamwork, client service, and attention to detail are valued.
- Fluent in French.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
