Northern Primrose is looking for an Entry Level Virtual Executive Assistant to start in October 2026. We’re looking for someone who can think ahead, stay organized, communicate clearly, and grow through feedback. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable supporting fast-moving clients with professionalism and care.
Must be available to work 100% remote and within the 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time window.
You’ll work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40, excluding breaks, to qualify for benefits.

You’ll support clients and internal operations across a range of administrative, organizational, and process-driven work.
You’ll work in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Quickbooks, Asana, CRMs, Zapier, and other modern platforms. You do not need to know every tool today, but you should be comfortable learning new systems quickly.
