We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedCorporate Assistantto join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, email handling, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit professional documents, including listing agreements, buyer and seller agency contracts, purchase offers, and land subdivision documentation.
- Analyze internal and external communications, including market reports, transaction summaries, client inquiries, and partner correspondence.
- Prepare briefing notes, client update reports, and executive summaries for senior managers to support informed decision-making across property sales, land assembly, and investment advisory.
- Schedule and organize all team meetings, strategic planning sessions, and ad hoc board discussions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution of follow-up action items.
- Conduct property-specific and market-based research to support commercial and residential transactions
- Liaise with property managers, real estate agents, legal representatives, and development firms on behalf of the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or post-secondary education related to Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
