Job description

We are MaRayTech Consulting Ltd., an IT services provider with a focus on the financial sector, primarily serving insurance companies, banks, and FinTechs.

An Executive Assistant is required to support a business founder and entrepreneur across his ventures, especially in relation to a current scale-up project.

This role is crucial for ensuring seamless coordination of complex searches and supporting office-wide projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Diary & Inbox Management: Coordinate meetings, prioritize tasks, and manage emails to maximize the CEO's productivity.
  2. Presentation & Reporting: Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for stakeholders.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main contact between the CEO and stakeholders, facilitating communication.
  4. Project Support: Assist in projects, meet deadlines, and keep the CEO informed on key matters.
  5. Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in executive search.
  • Highly organized and deadline-oriented.
