  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support leadership with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense management.
  • Assist in coordinating in administrative activities on an enterprise level account, projects, and deliverables
  • Support operational processes, including document creation and management, team communications, and reporting.
  • Schedule and organize cross-functional meetings and workshops for the enterprise level account teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide support on client-facing projects when necessary.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for leadership.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Manage office supplies, tools, or systems to enable smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and processes.
