Job description

Overview

Tetrix is a fast-growing startup on a mission to empower institutional investors to confidently invest in alternative markets (think Bloomberg, but for private markets). Our AI-native product transforms messy, unstructured private market data into real-time insights, combining automated document retrieval, AI-powered data extraction, and on-demand portfolio analytics - all in one seamless platform. We are growing quickly to becoming a category-defining product, and are working with some of the world's leading capital allocators. This is a unique opportunity to join a talented and driven team that wants to build next-generation infrastructure in financial markets, and is backed by stellar investors that include Innovation Endeavors, White Star and angels from Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, CPPIB, SoftBank, Lending Club, and Plaid.

Who we are

We are a small but mighty startup with deep industry background and expertise in both financial markets and modern technologies. We’ve worked hard to build a culture of trust, high ownership, and curiosity - where everyone feels empowered to contribute, challenge ideas, and grow together. We are led by our two co-founders, Olivier (CEO) & Naunidh (CTO), who met on the first day of school whilst pursuing their MBAs at Stanford and co-founded Tetrix in the Summer of 23.

Who you are
  • You are an excellent communicator – you communicate clearly and professionally, and can tailor your tone to different audiences and contexts.

  • You have exceptional organizational skills – you juggle many priorities at once, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

  • You're resourceful and proactive – you don't wait to be told what to do; you see what needs to happen and make it happen.

  • You're discreet and trustworthy – you handle sensitive information with care and understand the importance of confidentiality.

  • You play at all levels – you're equally comfortable drafting a high-stakes email, helping prepare all hands materials and booking a flight itinerary.

  • You're proficient in English – given the international nature of our team and clients, strong English proficiency is a key asset. French is a plus.

  • You leverage AI to work smarter – you're comfortable using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, draft communications, and streamline workflows. You see AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty.

What you’ll do
  • Own the founders' calendars – you'll manage scheduling across both co-founders, prioritize meeting requests, and protect time for deep work and strategic priorities.

  • Streamline communications – you'll help manage inbox triage, draft correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up on key threads.

  • Prepare for meetings – you'll gather context, prepare briefing notes, help draft slides and track action items so the founders stay focused and ready.

  • Support cross-functional projects – you'll take on ad hoc research, operational tasks, and special projects that keep the company running smoothly.

  • Coordinate travel and logistics – you'll handle end-to-end travel planning, from flights and hotels to detailed itineraries and expense reporting.

  • Be the connective tissue – you'll liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the founders.

Why join us?
  • You’ll be rewarded - the base cash salary range is $80K–$100K and you’ll get equity upside in the company. You'll be joining a high-growth company with real room to grow as we scale.

  • You’ll have impact - as the CEO and CTO's first EA, you'll play a critical role in how the executive office runs. Your work will directly enable the company to move faster and operate better.

  • You’ll be supported - we’re committed to your success and will invest in your professional growth. You’ll have access to mentorship, training, and a collaborative team that has your back.

  • You’ll learn and grow - working at a startup means you’ll gain skills and experiences that will serve you for the rest of your career.

  • You’ll enjoy the perks - from unlimited vacation days to healthcare insurance, retirement savings plans, and a vibrant team culture, we’ve got you covered.

  • You’ll have fun - we make sure to celebrate successes—whether it’s in the office or out.
